There is only one word for this recipe, yummy!

I don’t know about you all, but there isn’t a day for me that I wouldn’t love to eat some peanut butter. Maybe it is the old memories of PB&Js made by my mother as she rushed home from work late one too many times, but sitting down and having a PB&J sandwich just makes me feel all warm and fuzzy inside.

Well, I’ve gotten older and although I do enjoy a yummy PB&J sandwich on occasion (more often than I want to admit), I’ve learned to incorporate my love of peanut butter into other savory and sweet dishes. Variety is the spice of life, right?

And that is where this recipe comes into the picture my friends. Since I love peanut butter so much, I thought it would be even more delicious if I paired it with another love of mine, chocolate! With a moist chocolate cupcake base and a creamy whipped frosting on top, this recipe is amazing.

Now, I adapted this recipe a little bit and lessened the sugar by 1/4 cup since the frosting is plenty sweet on it’s own. I also went a little heavy on the peanut butter, so this one is definitely something that should *cough cough* be consumed in moderation. Key word should be. No judgement here!

Hmm, look at that moist inside. The original recipe called this a fudge brownie, but I have to disagree. Not a brownie at all, but still good!
