My friend shared this on her Facebook this morning, and I thought I would share it with you. If you don’t already know, Coca-Cola released an ad in January to talk about how they were planning on ‘fighting obesity’ with their products. Ironic, right? Well, I think by now we all know the toll that sugary sodas take on our bodies. Somebody took the ad into their own hands and did a very realistic and clever voiceover telling the truth about what these products mean for people around the world.

I gave up soda almost two years ago, and I don’t regret it at all! In fact, I took a sip when I was out with a friend and was absolutely repulsed… I have no idea how I used to chug it down so often before. It is sickly sweet and bitter at the same time! High fructose corn syrup is a no no… something else I’ve eliminated from my diet with no regrets.
