Man. What a horrible habit to have! Wednesday was so busy with getting the house together and preparing all the doctor’s appointments that I barely had lunch!
Breakfast (super late, around 11)
My usual lineup. I’m trying out a lot of gluten-free products lately and Udi is my go to! I really like the flavor and I don’t mind swapping the Udi bread for others.
Hmm, the finished product. Nothing like toast with peanut butter and jelly! Of course, I have to have my green tea with lemon and honey as well.
Dinner (around 5?)
Yeah. A late start to the day means lunch basically didn’t happen. I threw together this turkey and bean chili when I got up and let it cook in the crock for four hours while I cleaned the house like a mad woman. Easy peasy and so yummy!
Snack (7pm, shh!)
Call it snack or dessert, I definitely ate it. This was some kind of coconut bar with chocolate and white chocolate. It was mindblowingly delicious and totally worth it!
I’ve been trying to get my water in and this week has been super easy. For some reason I can’t get enough! I constantly feel thirsty, it is so odd. Whatever it is, it is helping me get that water in for sure!
