Weekly Wishes #5

Our performance is finally finished! We were all nervous but we did so well… the crowd was loving it. I was so proud of my little kindergarteners. Graduation is this week and I’m already getting teary eyed about sending them off to their elementary schools. They are still going to attend after school programs at our school, but I’m going to miss seeing them all day long. Starting over with a new class is always rough at first… there is so much socially that they need to learn. I’m getting tired just thinking about it!

Goal-wise, I’m really proud of my progress on last week’s goals! I went to the gym regularly and didn’t procrastinate doing my homework as much as I usually do. Progress is progress~!

So what are my wishes this week?

This Week’s Wishes

1. Tidy up my apartment. I hate cleaning. No matter how I try to tackle my cleaning, I hate it. But it has to be done! I feel so much better not having it hanging over me during the week.

2. Don’t freak out too much about having surgery. I really dislike going to the doctor, so having to have surgery is a big step for me. It’s really freaking me out, and the anxiety is getting to me. I need to meditate and pray to keep my nerves calm. I can do this, I am an adult after all. When it comes to medical stuff, I’m still a big baby!

3. Complete most of my homework by Thursday. Back on the list this week. I definitely did better than usual last week, but I didn’t totally hit my goal.

I’m going to try to not stress too much about my goals this week due to the surgery thing. I just need to focus on goal #2 and I’ll consider the week a success. ^^

Good luck!! I hate cleaning as well.. but it feels so good to live in a clean space. One of my qualms is keeping my bed clean, but it feels and looks so good to just sleep in a cleared off open bed!

Good luck! I’m sure your surgery is going to go just fine, before you know it it will be over. I’m terribly at cleaning. My fiance is a neat freak so I’ve been trying to be better. It’s not easy changing those kind of habits. Good luck and I hope your week is a success!
